AWS IQ is a service where certified AWS professionals and clients can work together. Unfortunately only US based AWS professionals can register at this time - no Canadian AWS enthusiasts yet.
After you create a non-root account with MFA, link to your AWS certifications (Through the APN), fill out the skills profile - the address verification will pause for now.
